Shall Fractal Arts and Building Commission be approved to provide community involvement in committees that provide for fractal infrastructure within city planning, fractal designs in architecture and landscape, in artistic works and to the general cultural atmosphere of the city. Committees will also be formed to incorporate cultural events such as Fractal Festivals, Fractal Music Concerts, Fractal Art Exhibitions, and Fractal Community Events.
